1. That the Club be called the Old Alleynian Cricket Club.

2. That only former pupils of Dulwich College be eligible.

3. That the colours of the Club be black, dark blue and light blue.

4. That a General Meeting of eligible members be held each year to receive the Secretary's report, and to transact other business as specified by the Committee.

5. That the affairs of the Club, including level of annual subscription, be managed by a Committee consisting of President, Vice-Presidents, and elected officers. The Vice-Presidents shall be elected by the Club at the AGM, and hold office until death or resignation. The elected officers are to consist of Captain, Secretary, Fixture Secretary and Treasurer, all of whom are to retire annually but be eligible for re-election at the next AGM. Three of this Committee shall be deemed to constitute a quorum, of which at least two must be elected officers.

6. That no alteration of, or addition to, the existing rules be made except at the AGM; and that written notice of this shall be given to the Secretary not less than fourteen days prior to the AGM.

7. Any member wishing to raise any other business at the AGM should give written notice to the Secretary of his intention, and the nature of the business, not less than fourteen days prior to the AGM.
